Dr. Kolsnikova is very nice, took her time, answered all questions. However, the front desk is not nice. I got a big eye roll when telling her my insurance changed, which honestly is rude. After all, that’s the job. My phone contact with her was also not good. The doctor is lovely, which is what is important, but the front desk is a critical piece of the visit. This person should find a different job.
